MORE THAN I THOUGHT
We purchased this mattress a few weeks ago and WOW… what a difference in our quality of sleep. I told my husband oI reviewed mattresses for a year before I bought my DreamCloud. I was not disappointed. Matter of fact I got even more than expected. I work an off shift, sleep during the day, and still have family obligations. DreamCloud has finally let me get the sleep I need and deserve. I can honestly say I have gotten the best sleep in years. No more tossing
and turning to find the most comfortable position. They all are. I just get into bed and I’m out. Thank you DreamCloud. –Lisa O
DREAM CLOUD ENVY
I bought the bed for the guest room, basically for when my 90 yo mom visits. The bed arrived really quickly and set up was oh so easy. The cover is Heaven, so soft and really well made. When I laid down on the bed to see how I liked it (I had serious doubt about buying a bed in a box and online) I wanted to put it in my room…sigh. Mom came to visit and she slept great and loved the bed. Not too hard, not too soft. At 90 she is under 100 lbs and frail so I was worried about it being too firm. When its time for a new bed for me, it WILL be a Dream Cloud. Bravo! –Lesa N
LOVE MY MATTRESS!
My mom convinced me to go with the dreamcloud and I love it! The customer service situation is kind of a nightmare. Calling, online chat feature and emailing got me nowhere. I was moving and needed to know the lead time to ship so it didn’t arrive at my house before escrow closed. The site said 1 week and it ended up being scheduled for delivery 1
day before we closed (4 days early…which is prob ideal for most but not in my situation). I had to request s fedex hold. Only then did DC customer service reach out to me.
I’m glad I wasn’t turned off by the lack of responsiveness from customer service because this is a great product and I highly recommend. –Elizabeth M
