What a wonderful mattress
We had a king serta hybrid $ 3.000……were promised there is no transfer, what a mistake…we are about the same weight…but i am a super light sleeper.We tried love this matress- but never were happy with it… i was finally able to talk my husband into two twin xl hybrid…..sooo happy ,hardly any off gassing,so comfortable,also there is a zipper so you can take off the top fabric and wash…. who would have thought since it comes in a box with its soft and firm at the same time…. e-luxury,what a wonderful company you are! —Anneli. Not soft enough
The mattress is very high quality. The cover is super soft, but the mattress itself was just too firm. I did give the mattress the full 120 day trial period. If the mattress wasn’t so firm, I might have kept it. Unfortunately I had to return the mattress. The customer service personnel were very helpful and I had no problems in returning the mattress. —OliveStormy. Florida, USA
