I am very happy with my experience at the Ultimate Mattress Store in Anchorage. From the moment we met Mark he treated us with kindness and respect. It did not just feel like he was trying to make a sale, but instead really cared about our comfort each night. I highly recommend this store and the people that work there.
Kristy was very helpful in helping us find the right mattress. She showed us many different options and was not at all pushy, which I definitely appreciate! We had a great experience here and would recommend to friends.

I bought one of their mattresses brand new 2 years ago for a low price. After 1 short year the mattress started to cave in on itself. Very disappointed. You get the best deal cause it’s the least quality.
We will never go anywhere else to buy a matters ever again. Great selection and wonderful, knowledgeable staff. Thanks.

Ashley’s has a great atmosphere and offers a wide variety of affordable furniture. Random is an awesome sales associate, he helped me through the whole process of pricing a bed set within my budget several weeks ago, was very patient and let me take as much time as I needed to find a good fit and think before committing. Today I went back to purchase it and arrange for later pickup. He remembered me and made the process so simple. No stress, no pressure, would return again.
Earl was fantastic and very efficient with our time. He was knowledgeable and courteous to us when we had questions and were trying to make a decision. But I just spent a couple thousand dollars there and Ashley’s is still going to charge a delivery fee in town.
