We bought our mattress and box springs and frame from Mattress Firm two years ago. Our sales person was Roger Arrand – he is great!! He is very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. Not at all pushy. We just realized that the box spring has some issues and Roger worked with us to help us get a warranty replacement with as little effort and expense as possible.
Malachi was friendly and knowledgable, and helped us choose a perfect mattress. He took his time and made sure we understood the features of each choice. We didn’t feel rushed or pressured. Overall a great experience, and we love our new mattress.

Jay is Amazing — Very knowledgeable and friendly. We went to the store on Thursday evening looking for two mattresses, Jay went over all the options and he helped us get the right mattresses to fit our needs. Plus he was able to have them delivered the next day. Amazing Customer Service!
Love the customer service! Abdul was very helpful! Explained to us all the mattresses and gave us really good feedback with one we should buy. Me and my wife really happy with our purchase. Can’t wait for our mattress to arrive.

Made an impromptu to visit to mattress warehouse as we saw they were having a Memorial Day sale and we needed a new King bed for the house. Lamar was great to work with and made it a very pleasurable experience. Take advantage of the weekend sale and the great service by Lamar.
This Mattress Warehouse is the best. Imtiaz was easy to work with and very accommodating to us. It was great to do business here and get a new foundation box spring at a great price! We are satisfied customers and will come back for our next mattress.
