Excellent service. Sales person was knowledgeable and helpful. Attentive but also gave me plenty of time and space to try different mattress. Tried all the bargain places, but City Mattress is the best price, service and free delivery. My mattress came the next day!

Owner and Staff very friendly, but the mattress is the worst. A friend brought my bedroom set from this company as a gift. I had to return first mattress, long story, received 2nd mattress. Worse than the first. I’m very disappointed. The staff is polite.
They don’t have a large stock at their showroom. Also, since the place is so small, even with fewer mattresses, they appear packed. The guy showing us the mattress was nice though.

We had a wonderful experience with Metro Mattress. Mike was a huge help – very knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with and our price range was respected the whole time (that being said, we got way more for much less money than anticipated!) The delivery drivers were friendly, professional, on time and made the set up super easy.
Mike is a very good salesman. He looks out for the customer and tells the customer exactly what to expect, opposed to what you want to hear. Great experience!

The furniture is very nice and of good quality with a huge selection. The salespeople are not pushy either. That being said, the prices for their stuff are very high.

Minus the guy talking way too much to us and making me uncomfortable but not letting me just look and test the mattresses on my own it was ok. Good selection best prices in the area but a mile.
Very nice. Purchased 2 mattress sets last year but moved and needed to get a different style box spring and they had them in store. We were able to take them home today. Good store, good prices.
