When we found the same exact mattress $100 cheaper online and tried to cancel, they charged us a 15% “restocking” fee for a mattress that never left their store. It is solely meant to punish any customer who finds a better deal.
I bought a bed from here. Great people! Then my daughter bought one. Great prices and products.

Great experience! The manager was so friendly and professional and he was very informative and wasn’t at all pushy the way other sales people are. We will absolutely be going back for our next mattress!

Upon entering the store we were greeted by great customer service, not pushy or suffocating. I found and purchased a great mattress set and it was delivered 3 days later. The delivery guys were so kind and even asked if I wished to put on a bed skirt before they put on the mattress. They were very professional. Thank you for a great sales experience Holder Mattress!
