I like they can show you your sleep number. But super expensive and seems kind of gimmicky.
Store was fine, sales people were good and knowledgeable. But not in love with the product. We purchased the P5 bed thought it would get better with time and adjustments, but no its miserable and uncomfortable. More back pain than with my old cheap bed. Spend more money on the I series or move along.
