We’ve had a great experience using this store. Miesha was both educational and patient with me and my husband as we squabbled over our new bed. She knew when to be near to give us information and when to give us space. On our first visit to the store, our daughter was with us and Miesha was great occupying our rambunctious toddler while we tested mattresses.
I really enjoyed my shopping experience. They were really patient and informative. I came in twice to make a decision.

Reasonable priced mattresses!
Ben’s has real great beds, and they will work with you and find the best deals for mattresses and box springs. I bought the set for a really great price, and the mattress and box spring is very comfortable. The customer service is excellent, and it is definitely worth checking out

I purchased 2 twin size mattress named “The Casper” for my girls. I only opened one because I wanted to test it out. About 2-3 weeks after receiving the mattress it started to fold and warp on the ends on all sides as well as loose height. I called customer service to ask them a pick up for both mattresses. I had to call over 5 times but no respond.
These customer service guys are excellent! You can swing by, try their beds, learn about how it all works. Loved them and now more inclined to buy one of these mattresses than ever.

We’ve been needing a new mattress for a while. This weekend we made an impromptu stop in the Mattress Firm to browse. Marcia was very knowledgeable and able to lead us to the exact mattress we were looking for. Great service and great selection.
Mattress shopping made quick easy and enjoyable! Delivery options were great and sales staff were knowledgeable and polite. They explain other accessories you may need and go through details of your order to make sure you are comfortable and happy.
