It’s horrible! I noticed but thought maybe I was imagining right away that it was sagging. I only had it for 6 months and inclined angle at night.
Poor construction and support, sags in the middle, after less than one year!!!

We’d been looking for a new mattress and visited several stores with no luck. Then my sister told me to check out Essential Bed. We went there and had a great experience. We tried several beds and finally found one we liked. We worked with Randy and he was super knowledgeable and straightforward. We had our mattress delivered in a few days and we’ve slept great ever since. A great shopping experience!
My wife and I are so happy with our purchase. Randy and Pat were very helpful and patient as I had been in the showroom a couple of times and sleeping so much better now.

When making the decision to buy a mattress, I did not know what the first thing to do was. I expressed my concerns with a very helpful gentleman named Tomm. He made my decision easy and stress free. He even made the shipping arrangements work with my crazy work schedule and the mattress got delivered without any hassle.
I bought the bed from Mattress Firm in Aurora. Tommie helped me a lot! He was really nice and kind. He also has a lot of knowledge about all beds. I love my bed!

Associates at store are friendly, and seem like they try to help, but they have poor communication with their delivery people. I was told I’d receive a call with the delivery information on Thursday or Friday with delivery Saturday or Monday. Well here is Monday, no call, I tried to call them directly, and reached a lady that was incredibly rude telling me that the earliest the can deliver is Tuesday. I’m sorry but for a $4000 mattress I’d expect nothing short of perfect customer service, and definitely a quicker delivery than 11 days.
Mattress shopping isn’t easy and isn’t a decision you make in 15 mins. The store manager is very knowledgeable and all the staff really give you the time and space to try and make a decision!
