My experience at this store was 5 stars all the way. Zach made my visit easy and pleasant. Customer service was on point nothing bad to say. If you’re looking for a great deal and great customer service come by and ask for Zach he will treat you like family.
We were greeted promptly and warmly and were given great guidance with finding the right mattress. The staff were kind and friendly and did not try to oversell past our limits. We bought our bed the same day and were very pleased!

Not happy my mattress didn’t fit right on the box spring. But I know they wouldn’t take it back! They were way too expensive for the cheap bed I got! It makes a real loud cracking noise at the end of my bed. And for paying as much as I did for it, It shouldn’t be cracking or making any noise!
They have all kinds of mattresses here to try. Staff was knowledgeable about their products and helpful, but not pushy. We ended up finding a bed that we are very happy with.

I bought a bed from here about 3 years ago. It is still comfortable to sleep on. I recommend valley mattress because they sell quality and affordable beds.
They are the best, their customer service is awesome , they made sure I left happy with everything I wanted and for a wonderful price also.

Russ went out of his way to make my dad and I completely comfortable while I found the perfect mattress. I paid a fair price to say the least. To be completely honest he went above his call of duty to take care of me and nobody can come close to his mattress expertise and experience.
We had a wonderful experience at Mattress Land! Great customer service and attention to detail in what we were looking for in a mattress. Highly recommend to people looking for an honest and pleasant mattress shopping experience!

Horrible customer service! Wanted to find a mattress for our daughter, already looked on their website and was interested in a few they had. The price of the same mattress in the store is much more expensive than the price on line. Then the sales associate got all pushy trying to get me to go place my order and pay for it.
Nancy and Oralia were very helpful and quick at getting us what we needed. But before they attended us, we were waiting for 30 minutes and no other sales associates asked us for help. They just looked at us and passed us.

Purchased living room Sofa’s. Great Merchandise and affordable prices, great customer service, the owner was very amicable. I highly recommend.
We recently bought 2 mattresses from Robert at Box Drop. He clearly told us that the basic mattresses come with 30-day warranty in which we were ok with. Within 4 days, both mattresses sink. We brought up the issue to him and he refused to take responsibility. He said that 30-day warranty does not cover foam. It only covers springs and stitching. He never informed us what is covered. He said he is not required to inform every customer of what is included in their warranty.
