Had a great experience at Mattress Firm with Fred. We purchased a mattress for our daughter. We were informed of all the different options. He was very informative about the different styles and options. He made sure we had everything we needed and knew about all promotions and warranties on the products. He was friendly and helpful without being pushy. I truly felt he wanted us to pick the right mattress for our daughter.
I just had a great experience! Fred was able to get me a great new mattress that was in my budget. He was really patient as I bounced back and forth between two different mattresses, and I’m happy with the experience.

Went to about 10 stores looking for a reasonably priced queen mattress set. They have about 10 sets under $500, and they are all great quality for the price. It took me about five minutes and the sale was done. The fastest, cheapest, easiest way to find a mattress set.
Love this place! Needed a bunch of mattresses for my vacation home on the cape. I went to Northeast Furniture expecting to spend several thousand dollars based on my experiences in other stores. When I left I had saved about $1500, got better than expected quality for the price and could not be happier.

I purchased two twin mattress sets and one headboard. I told Wayne what I was looking for and he made suggestions. Got a good deal and delivery was the same day. Delivery and set up was very professional.

We hate our new mattress! I called immediately after it was delivered, convinced that they delivered the wrong mattress. When I spoke to the salesman, he told me that the mattress on the showroom floor is worn and would feel different. We wake up with numbness and tingling on an hourly basis. My husband goes to work everyday in pain after sleeping on this bed. I wanted to return it immediately but they won’t take it less than 30days after delivery and it would cost us another $120 or $150. We now feel stuck with this bed and I feel myself crying to sleep. We have been miserable since the purchase!
