Went in to find a queen mattress on a budget, which I didn’t expect to be very easy. But Brittany was so helpful even though the store was super busy! She worked with our budget and helped us find the perfect bed. Such a great customer service experience.
Excellent sales service from Markie! Super knowledgeable about the product and absolutely no pressure to buy up. I really felt like she was trying to find the best fit for us instead of just pushing the most expensive.

We had a tremendous experience with Zac and got a great deal! We were skeptical about this at first, but after mattress shopping all day, we discovered that the mattress we found here was just as comfortable as other high-end mattresses at a great value!
We bought a couple of mattresses. The guys were very flexible meeting our changing schedule. They have a good variety of mattresses of all sizes. Really enjoyed the good bargains we got and the quick turnaround!

We got extremely good customer service from Dustin when shopping for a mattress and frame. He was very patient as the wife and I swapped back and forth between the store and the kids in the car. Dustin was extremely helpful with identifying the right mattress within our price range while not being pushy. Great experience!
We worked with Dustin Mills, who is pleasant to work with as well as with extensive knowledge about the mattresses. He was very helpful and showed us the different mattresses and their characteristics. We had a very pleasant experience.

Very low pressure. Murph was great at explaining the difference between all of my options and answering my questions.
We shopped around at several different mattress stores and Mattress Innovations was by far the best. Murphy helped us out and was great. They have a great selection and their prices are very affordable.
