I walked around this outlet store for at least 10 minutes without so much as a hello. Once my decision was made, I had the young lady call out a manager to complete my sale.
Horrible service. Delivery men would not put down any floor protection or wear covering on their shoes. They told me that they do not have to protect my floors and they were going to leave if I do not let them in my house. They ended up staining my rugs and damaging my walls. A bunch of unprofessional hacks.

Very expensive. Quality is good. 9000 is too much to pay for a bed. Saleswoman was nice though.

Everyone is very nice. We were greeted by Noreen. We went in several time to make sure we got what we really wanted. we are extremely satisfied with our purchase, style and size were perfect, Noreen was very helpful guiding us with size and colors.

Our salesperson Mike was unbelievably amazing to us. He was very helpful, honest, and overall a great person to help make a very important invest when it comes to your health. He was very easygoing and didn’t push us to make a rash decision or one we didn’t want to make. I was very happy with my purchase and my experience at this mattress store.
The salesman was exceptionally helpful. I found the perfect mattress for me, and not just the most expensive thing he thought I could afford. Totally not pushy or annoying.

Good quality mattresses. Got a great deal on a memory foam mattress that got shipped to my house.
