Walked in with my wife only to be ignored for our entire 20 minute trip. Numerous employees walked by and said nothing, but were having a great time joking around with each other.

Went there to purchase a new bed. Steve the owner was such a nice person so we thought. He sent over a used bed then the nightmare started. He was disrespectful and disgusting with his mouth. He said that the bed I was sleeping on was used and refurbished. He told me that the bed I purchased was used.

Although my sales person was pleasant and helpful, my mattress was never delivered when it was supposed to be. My delivery was canceled due to weather and rescheduled by Bob’s for 2 days later. But the truck wasn’t there for my mattress. Finally I just canceled the order and requested a full refund.
The help I received from Dan was fantastic. He went out of his way to help me. He smiled and looked for what would work for me best. He was beyond patient with my indecisiveness. Thank you so much. It was such a pleasure.
