Just had the most pleasant experience at this sleep number! Dawn and Slovenia were the nicest associates! I am completely sold on sleep number and the product they offer.
Great experience! Steve was amazing and did not pressure us at all. The manager helped and was great, too. The only thing I didn’t like was the price of the sheets which I didn’t notice until I got home.

Tyrone was an awesome rep. We had no idea what kind of bed we needed or wanted so he got us on the tech bed which told us what would be the best for us. He walked us through the whole process and we found the perfect bed for us. We looked around and he got us the best bed and at the best price in town.
I had a fantastic experience, yesterday at Potomac Mattress Warehouse! The manager and staff were very professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy during my purchase of two mattresses. I had not purchased mattresses in many years, so really needed their expertise to make an educated selection. Not only that, they saved me quite a bit of money with a military discount and other perks.

I bought an Emely king full set. When they came to my house to set up everything, it was so bad they didn’t know what they were doing etc. When they left, the bed looked fine. But after one night the bed was making a lot of noise, like an old bed. It’s pretty annoying. I went back to the store again, and the merchant said that he will send someone to check it. The same people that did it the first time. Poor customer service.
I paid for a queen size memory foam mattress and I did not receive it on the day it was promised. I called almost every day and they kept pushing back the delivery date. It is now one week late and I am at the store trying to get a refund. Their response is that the store policy does not allow refunds. They don’t understand that store policy should also be to deliver their mattresses on time. I am currently wasting my Friday night arguing with the manager to get a refund.

That was a very nice and pleasant experience. Mr. Wayne is very familiar with his products. He did a beautiful job showing me just the right mattress I’d need, with some of the best payment options I’ve ever seen. I walked in with not much of an intention of buying a mattress, the man drives a hard bargain and it was the best deal around definitely the right choice.
Best prices! I was greeted so nicely by Charm and she was straight to the point and made me feel very comfortable. I received my bed yesterday and it feels awesome!
