Robert Allen was an excellent sales person. Very knowledgeable with a good sense of humor. Gave us space to talk after he explained everything. Was honest and gave us the best deal he could. We have a great feeling of not having buyer’s remorse. He is Awesome!
Excellent experience all around; I loved trying all the mattresses. Sam was incredibly helpful from stay to finish. We called ahead to see about delivery, he made sure we knew all of our options, and he was great with explaining or financing options.

Jared is the greatest person! I just moved out here and I had a hard time finding a great mattress. But once I came in to the store, Jared smiled and took care of everything I needed. Although I spend more than intended, I left happily. He’s amazing at what he does.
My husband had bought a mattress at this location before, so we decided to try it again. I was greeted by Jared who was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He took time to understand what I was looking for and kept me in the budget I wanted, even recommended a mattress protector and sheets to save me time from shopping somewhere else for them.

I was graced with the presence of Crystal and Michelle. I came to the store about 15 minutes before close, and they managed to help me with a very important purchase. They welcomed me, helped me with my mattress needs and made me want to buy other mattresses I don’t even need. I am beyond grateful for their help.

Sam made our shopping experience quick and painless! Love that they listened to our needs and budget to get us a comfortable mattress. I really feel like they genuinely care versus other salesman trying to just make a sale. I really appreciate that Sam went above and beyond to find us the perfect mattress.
Very pleased with the purchasing experience my wife and I had with Sam today. He asked questions to understand our needs for a mattress and then guided us in the right direction. He was very helpful, but not pushy. A pleasure working with him.

I have purchased six mattresses from Mattress City in the last six years. (Crazy but true) I know I am getting the best price as I did extensive research before purchasing. The quality of the “off brand” mattress is wonderful, and everyone is getting a good nights sleep. There is no pressure to buy, the sales people are wonderful. This company cares about getting return business – they are honest and pleasant to work with.
I was in a hurry to get a mattress for my son right before work. The lady who helped me was understanding of my time constraint so she didn’t waste any of my time. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you for a great deal in a pinch!

Furniture is cheap but my Son’s bunk bed hand rail came completely off. Thank goodness he didn’t hurt his self! The Manager at the location is very nice. Brenda in customer service is horrible. She lied and said she didn’t get photos of the broken handle. My husband had to take over. I was so upset they said they will come out and replace front rail then I get a call today from Cory customer service manager telling me there is a problem with their truck team and not sure when they will be able to come today.
