Our buying experience could not have been better. Tim is an excellent salesperson and very knowledgeable about all their products. He did not pressure us or try to get us to spend more than we were comfortable with. Not only did he guide us through the mattress and foundation selection, but he also showed us the bedding and pillows that are available.
We had a great experience. Our Sales person, Beatriz, was wonderful. She knew the product, was very helpful, answered all of our questions, and we never felt pressured.

My husband and I were mattress shopping and found a real gem! The manager Nicoh Velez is knowledgeable, friendly, personable, not pushy, and took care of us extremely well.
The sales rep, Darrius, gets all the credit for our great experience at Mattress Firm. He made sure we knew all of our options and helped us find the right fit!

I went to Mattress One today and met with Gary, who was nothing but helpful. Rather than trying to sell the mattress, he gave me a complete review, differences, and information about the mattresses. He was not pushy whatsoever. He was incredibly helpful in helping us find the best deal within our budget.
Gary was amazing! He really took his time with Jose and I and gave us the best offer ever!
