Their customer service is beyond exceptional. I have never had any complaints here. They are willing to help in any way possible. The even had a showroom model that was 2700 marked down to 1000, because they had a new model.
Best mattress quality. The staff is awesome and they know the products. Their computer system keeps your information so when you have an issue or it’s time to buy again you don’t have to answer the questions all over again.

Blair and Rosie were very knowledgeable and very good to work with. They both appear to be happy working in the store, we had a great experience.
We were extremely happy with the knowledge of our sales consultant, Cody, and the time he took with us to answer questions and find our comfort levels. Well worth the three hour drive to a Sleep Number store.

Mattress experts! Explained everything very well but with a lot of information. Felt like he genuinely wanted to find the right mattress for our needs. I believe I got Great deal! Better than online.

Ray was absolutely awesome!!! He answered all our questions and then some about our new bed. Slept on it for two nights now and it’s everything he promised.
Chris was amazing! He is very funny and he knows what he is talking about! He showed us all of our options and helped us choose the right one for us, price and comfort. He helped us with financing and helped us seal the deal! I can’t wait to sleep in our new bed!

Very good selection. The staff is attentive but doesn’t hover, easy to find when you’re ready. Was elated to be able to get same/next day delivery! The lower price options are surprisingly sturdy and varied.
Worst mattress ever! The first one we bought there was absolutely horrible and sunk in the middle within one week. We are of average weight, not overweight by any means. The store finally agreed for us to bring back the mattress to exchange it for a different one. We brought it back and paid the difference for a more expensive one. We brought the new one home hoping for the best and now this mattress is also starting to sink in the middle!
