Awesome experience! I can’t remember the young woman’s name but she was amazing. Great personality. I brought my 20-month-old in with me and this can be challenging. Well the young woman let her play with the LEGO set and was very patient. I left the store with the information I needed in order to buy a bed. I didn’t purchase from there but they were not pushy at all.
I’ve been waiting for my bunkie board to arrive for 2 weeks now. I’ve been told 4 different delivery dates and each time I get an excuse on why it’s not here yet. When I called to check on it, it had not even been ordered. To make matters worse, no one ever calls me to give me an update even though they said they would. I have to call them. Poor customer service and follow up.

Very educational experience with technology that guides you to the best bed for you. Mr. WC has more than 15 years in experience. He also thinks queen size beds or smaller are better for a happy marriage, allows you to sleep closer. In all seriousness, great experience.
Have bought several mattresses from here. Good prices, good value. No nonsense, low pressure buying experience.

Grant was knowledgeable, low pressure, and helpful. We spent way too much, but can’t wait to start enjoying our new bed and frame. My wife is also looking forward to the air cooled mattress pad, a feature she immediately loved.
Manager was knowledgeable and helpful with my selection. This is the second bed. The previous bed had no problems.
