My experience there was wonderful and Chris helped answer all of my questions. I was waiting to leave my review until I had the chance to sleep on my new bed for a few nights. It is wonderful! The service was helpful and in depth, without being over the top. He answered my questions and left me alone to look, but was there when I needed him. Chris was also very personable and friendly.
Our sales person Jeremy was amazing. He was very patient with us. We had to purchase 3 beds for our kids and an adjustable base for us. He went above and beyond to make sure we got all we needed at a great deal.

After looking at several different places I ended up at mattress world where I found the far more options to choose from, an overall great experience! Ryan was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. The delivery guys were great and my bed is fantastic.
Really good experience. Guys were very helpful in picking out what would be most comfortable for me and helped assemble my frame.

My fiancée and I had gone to several different mattress stores, and visited this store twice. The first time, we didn’t purchase anything, but Michael our sales associate was so great, we went back a second time. He truly seemed to know what he was talking about, and was extremely outgoing, knowledgeable and friendly. He spent a lot of time with us, and was very patient. We made a purchase the second time with confidence.
The salesman had great product knowledge, that’s why I purchased from him. And they sell a great pacific Northwest brand. Worked with me on the price, the delivery came next day on Sunday.

Great place to buy a bed! Awesome sales consultant. David Pelett was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We actually had fun picking out our bed and found exactly what we were looking for and in a good price range!
