I had been to five different stores. My experience here was great. The saleswoman that helped very knowledgeable of her product and great customer service skills. I’ve had it for about three months and it sleeps great. Great price, top quality materials, and great customer service.
Ann Marie and I discussed any questions I had about the mattresses which were displayed so that I was able to try the ones I was interested in with no problems. She also offered add-ons to my purchase such as pillows, sheets and mattress pads. Mattress Direct has every mattress for every budget. The delivery men were professional and courteous. And there is an one -year warranty.

I came in today not knowing exactly what I wanted but the salesman Malcolm helped me find the perfect mattress. He even took the time and muscle to pick up several mattresses (not on front floor display) and lay them out so I could try those too. He was really nice and friendly.
I went into the store with an idea of what I wanted and a price I wanted to spend and I got everything I and needed for a better price. Malcolm was a great help and he was very informative. I look forward to sleeping in my new bed very soon.
