From the moment we walked through the doors at Mattress Firm we knew we were in the right store. We were welcomed by their friendly staff and they walked throughout the store helping us find the best mattresses for our achy backs. I have to say the staff in the Jonesboro location are very knowledgeable and professional. The store was very clean and neat.

Terrance was very helpful with helping me pick out my very first mattress. He’s very knowledgeable about all of the mattresses in the store and he makes your experience comfortable. Even the delivery man was great as well. I definitely recommend this store and their staff are wonderful people!
Terrance was the greatest salesman I’ve ever had. He was very knowledgeable about the mattresses and answered all our questions. Most importantly, he made us very comfortable and at ease, which is really helpful with such a large purchase. Overall, just a fantastic experience.
