The salesman spend almost two hours explaining the different mattresses that fit our criteria. He left us alone so we were able to discuss our three options and then came to a decision to buy.
The young man was very good and provided us with a replacement mattress protector that failed. Thanks to him, we did not have to wait a very long time for a new one.
