Worst mattress I’ve ever bought! It’s wavy, uneven and even though it seems like high quality materials. I asked for plush but got the hardest bed. My friends stayed over and they were up all night and woke up with terrible back pain! The shipping went from “around300” to almost 800 but after paying close to 4000$ I’m stuck with it until I can save again!
They took my money and disappeared. No money, no mattress. Now they don’t answer the phone.

We originally went to Mattress Firm to just test out the Purple mattresses before buying them online. Nelson’s service and advice was so helpful that we stuck around and ended up getting a great deal on a new mattress and two Purple pillows!

Great customer service in the store and on delivery. Super friendly and helpful when we were picking out our bedroom set. The two delivery guys were quick, efficient, polite and friendly. They also delivered a day early, which for us is a plus
Very rude at first they didn’t even pay attention to us. Finally the guy came upstairs to help us. We asked him a few questions and as soon as he seen we was not going to purchase that day he just walked away.
