Excellent customer service. Chris was wonderful with helping us pick out a mattress & gave us plenty of time to try out each one. He wasn’t a pushy salesman at all which is awesome. He got us an amazing deal in a great mattress. We are very happy that we chose to go to Mattress Firm.

We had planned to visit three furniture stores to check out their prices on a twin bed . Well, it turned out to be our first and last stop, James at Mattress RX was great, gave us such a good deal that we ended up buying 3 beds instead of one.

Our salesman Daron did an outstanding job showing us beds and took the time to help us find the best bed for our medical needs. He was patient with all of our kids and did not get upset with our youngest for pulling signs off the beds. Daron stayed late to help our daughter find her toys that she had left behind.
Very knowledgeable and personable staff. Very low pressure sales. They were more interested in getting the right mattress for us than making the sale. They have a very good selection of mattresses, something for everyone. Thanks for a great mattress shopping experience!

Quick and painless! The owner did NOT do that annoying salesman thing where they start with the most expensive option and then work backward into your budget!
