My wife and I purchased a queen size Sumter set eight months ago from Liz. There was no pressure during the sale and the delivery was done quickly, smoothly and professionally. The mattress set is used daily and is a joy to use.
We love our new mattress from The Charleston Mattress. The sales employee was extremely knowledgeable. We tried out several mattresses in the store. Free delivery was within a matter of days. They also disposed of the old mattress.

Mitch went out of his way to answer all of my questions to make sure I was getting the perfect mattress. He even followed up with me to make sure I didn’t have any questions about the delivery service.
This was my first time buying a mattress and I didn’t even know where to start. Worked with Brandon and he was very knowledgeable about his product, helped me find the right feel for me, and wasn’t just trying to push the most expensive mattress they had for me to buy. Overall great experience.

Spend your money elsewhere! Inferior product, terrible customer service. They want you to rate your experience while you’re leaving the store. Wait a week and I’m sure your rating will be one star. The worst place to purchase a mattress!
