My husband and I visited Mattress Firm this morning with our energetic 2 year old. The salesman Donovan was so great with his recommendations and he was so patient, friendly and playful with our crazy little one! We can’t wait to receive our new mattress and had all around great experience in store!

Really friendly people. Not high pressure sales. Very large selection of brand name mattresses in a pleasant setting. I’m very happy with the deal I got. Worth the time to check them out.

The folks at Michigan Discount Mattress went over and beyond in helping me to get a mattress set. When my mom passed, she left me a beautiful bed with unusual dimensions. I appreciated how they helped me, from guidance on the measurements, to making sure that the mattress was the right one for me. They are a welcome encounter in a world of big-box companies.
I have a European bed with the not standard dimensions. Was happy to find the necessary size mattress! The customer service is awesome, quality the mattress is perfect and price is unbeatable! Thank you for doing such an exemplary business!

David is very knowledgeable, knows the products like the back of his hand. Will spend as much time with you as needed and not make you feel rushed. The beds are excellent as well.
Absolutely loved our experience while shopping for our first Sleep Number bed. We had a fabulous associate who was very knowledgeable and patient as we decided on which mattress was best for my husband and myself. We can’t wait to have better restful nights sleeping when our mattress is delivered.

Great experience with the salesman Clint, really took the time to show us all the different choices. Also, he didn’t push us to buy the most expensive one. It was nice to be treated like a normal human being.
