We were met by a friendly knowledgeable salesman. He helped us find the perfect mattress set for our needs. The delivery was set up for the very next day. The 3 delivery men were very clean, careful, friendly and arrived on time. I will be shopping there again.

Greg Lott is extremely knowledgeable of each product they carry and assisted my wife and I with choosing our new mattress. We were very pleased with the way Greg did not hover over us or try to pressure us to buy anything unlike some other matters stores in the area had made us feel. We were able to purchase a very high-quality adjustable bed without any hassles.
Excellent selection and friendly service. They do not try to upsell and they just try to meet your needs. Not expensive, other stores in the area are way more expensive.

Amazing prices! I had such a great experience purchasing my mattress that I ended up
purchasing some furniture as well. All at a very affordable price for good quality.
There is a wide range of mattresses with box springs and frames. Most sizes are available, with a range of quality. I bought a queen-sized Sealy 5 Star Perfect Sleeper and matching box spring together for less than 400 dollars. Only thing wrong with the mattress was some crooked stitching along the edge piping, but nothing that affected the quality of the mattress other than the cosmetics. Shop there, and never buy used mattresses!

Store is clean. Furniture is decent with good quality. Staff is down to earth and friendly. We visited 3 times before settling on Badcock after visiting other local stores. Our sales person, Chloe, was very helpful and friendly. Not one time did she make us feel pressured. She did not follow us around the store which allowed us to converse together to make an easy choice on our own.
They have some decent deals on certain things and the service was great! And Kayla will do what she can to help!!!

I highly recommend to anyone looking for any type of furniture! They have a great selection and great customer service. You can pick up yourself or for a very small fee they will deliver it to you. Mrs. Dot is who I was working with and she was extremely helpful and attentive to what I was looking for. Their selection is just as good if not better, the prices are competitive and the customer service is unmatched!
