Great experience. We met at the store and took our time looking and trying the different mattresses. No pressure or rush by other customers. He helped me load and tie down the mattress and box spring. Our mattress has a 10-year warranty. So far a great sleeping mattress.
We bought a brand new mattress set from Mike Thompson at Mattress by Appointment in Richmond. I can’t express enough how awesome Mike was and how great the service was at his facility.Top notch service!
