We went in and told the clerk exactly what we wanted and he led us straight to it. Didn’t try to up-sell anything; paired with a 12-year warranty, it was a great experience.
The store manager Ryan is so knowledgeable, friendly, and no pressure we bought two beds in two visits! He was no pressure and provided great insight.

Best deal in the greater Charlotte area by far! Super nice and knowledgeable floor managers! Great warranties and extremely comfortable beds.

I went to the store still in limbo about a purchase, but after speaking with Chris I was a happy owner of a new mattress set. Chris was VERY knowledgeable and answered all of my “unasked” questions.
I didn’t end up going through with a purchase after a VERY long day and story of how we ended up with our mattress. But, Amber did everything she could to help me that day and she was very nice and knowledgeable about everything! Thank you so much!
