The owner, Rick, was extremely polite, as was the rest of his staff. We got excellent customer service! Rick let us move mattresses around so we could try them on different bases. This helped us make our final decision.
Very awesome and friendly experience. The owner Rick was very helpful and got us approved for a new bed he even drove to the factory to get it before they shut down for the holidays only place.

We bought mattress and adjustable bed frame from Hunter, 8 months later the frame malfunctioned. One call to Hunter and he not only replaced the frame but also ungraded it for no extra charge. We would highly recommend doing business with The Mattress Store!
We shopped many places and several different stores and The Mattress Store in Russellville was by far the most knowledgeable about all types of mattresses. They had many to choose from and were very helpful to us in making a selection. They were also very competitive on pricing. But most of all they are honest, and care about the customer.

Highly recommend this place! Stephen was great and the mattress I bought is amazing. I even liked that they have followed up several weeks later making sure I still enjoy my mattress.
Stephen was great he helped us out with a new mattress and adjustable frame today and even set it up for delivery an hour later. The delivery fee was a little more expensive than the other places we looked at but we didn’t have to wait!

They are the nicest people who would ever meet buying furniture but be careful because they will not exchange or refund am stuck with a mattress that defective. It’s all good until yours unsatisfied.

Don’t keep their word on problems and they can’t keep help. Nearly every time my wife calls she is promised they will take care of it and call her back but every time she calls the person has either quit or been fired
I bought a bed, nightstands, and mattress. I am very pleased with the quality of all pieces that I purchased. The salesman who helped me, Rick, was very knowledgeable and friendly.
