Great selection; one-on-one service. I was looking for a new mattress after years of one of those inflatable, adjustable type, and so didn’t know what I should get. The sales clerk told me about each mattress type, and what to expect from it. All of this information helped me to find my perfect mattress.
Julz made the purchasing super easy and was very patient in showing me all the best options for my budget. She was super helpful as soon as we walked in and made it a pleasant experience.

Paul, the manager, was extremely knowledgeable and more than answered every question I had. He and helped me to order my new purple and was sure to get me my military discount. Great company, great customer service!
As soon as I walked in, I felt welcomed. My questions were answered, and we found exactly what I walked in for. The man who assisted me was very patient with my daughter, who was excited as soon as she entered.

Great customer service, high quality bedding, not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for! family owned, what more can you ask for, I will always buy my mattresses from this company, they stand by their warranties and product!
The adjustable beds are wonderful. You can elevate the head and feet to a comfortable position. The mattress is not the foam kind but a real mattress and is simply better than the other kinds. Mine also has a head and foot massage. I haven’t had a backache in the morning since I got it. I sleep with my head and feet slightly elevated. Cantwell Mattress has been around since 1920. Their service is impeccable.

I walked into this store closer to closing time and the lady working there was rude. I asked several respectable questions about the different beds and she was very condescending with her responses and tone. She rudely left us for two older customers, because surely two young professionals can’t afford a sleep number bed.
Very nice and knowledgeable staff. The best are great but prices are just way too much.

Ramon, was beyond exceptional. Not pushy or aggressive just trying to make a sale. I took my time and he explained the benefits to every mattress I asked about. Very nice and humble man. I love my new bed and they have a 120-day return policy which isn’t common at all.
