The store itself and the people who work there are great and I actually love my new mattress. However, the experience I’ve had with delivery and service since had been awful! They were late delivering the mattress and then brought the wrong frame. When they showed up the second time they brought the wrong frame again. I was promised a phone call the next day to sort it out. Almost a week later and I still haven’t heard anything.
I was shopping for a mattress. The salesman was informative, personable and professional. He took the time to make sure I was aware of my options. He made suggestions without making me feel pressured. I was feeling so overwhelmed by all the choices out there. His answers to my questions helped me make a decision I am happy with.

Great mattresses here! Tina is wonderful. The process of buying one and getting it delivered is both cost friendly and easy to complete. Wonderful!
The bed we got was horrible. We have tried mattress toppers. I hate this bed. It was expensive but it’s only 2 years old. Can’t wait to dump this bed

Not only is this an incredible mattress store but it’s an incredible community space. They hold amazing events and are so generous with every person that comes through. When we finally needed a new mattress, we knew this was the only real option. We’re so happy!

I was able to get an appointment the same day! Arrived at 2:30 and was out before 3pm, with a great deal on a great bed and it’s getting delivered tonight! Thanks for the great customer service!
Customer service was great, the gentleman helping us made sure we didn’t leave until finding the perfect mattress for us, talking comfort and price range. I’m delighted when I slept on my bed last night for the first time and it was amazing.
