Very poor shopping experience. When we first arrived, we were “greeted” by a least three people who suddenly disappeared when we needed help. After looking for a platform bed, we chose one, going through most of the process (delivery address, phone, etc.) we were told that it wasn’t and the salesperson kept trying to push another item of higher price (naturally) on us.

The salesperson was very nice and there was a great selection. Although I did not purchase a mattress on this particular day, I took the sales person’s business card. The selection is pretty incredible.
Service was good since the store is empty. They tried to sell a 10k mattress to me and when I called back for my deposit they said they would sell it to me for 5k.

Shawn and Vish were very helpful over the phone made me wanted to come into the store. It is immaculate and has so many models to choose from. They were very patient and knowledgeable. They suggested a bed from my likes and it is perfect. I purchased that bed and I am very happy every night when I sleep so peacefully.
