My experience was outstanding. Diana James was an exceptional sales person who helped my buying experience in every way. Her knowledge and expertise of the mattress industry was exceptional. Every question was answered. All of the many options were explored. I had no doubt that my purchase was the right one for me.
I went to every mattress store in Winston-Salem, and finally bought from the Mattress Center. Best decision I could have made! I didn’t think it would make a difference, but their incredible customer service really does add value.

Very happy with the experience earlier today. Purchased a Queen sized bed. Worked with Rick. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Was able to try several different mattresses and lay on them as long as I wanted.
Great experience! This is our second time shopping with Rick at America’s Mattress. He’s knowledgeable and explains exactly what we’re getting. We compared several other stores, but came back to America’s Mattress for the best deal on the best quality.
