Love at First Sleep
I was in a major accident and have severe arm/shoulder pain that will never go away. It is very difficult to get comfortable and I often awake during the night due to shoulder pain. My thought was to try a memory foam mattress in order to alleviate some of the pain in my shoulder I wake with every morning. While a certain level of pain will always be present, I noticed a difference from the first night. I slept great and I slept the entire night. When I woke up in the morning, I didn't have to do the funky yoga-type contorted role out of bed because of my shoulder pain. I have only been using this mattress for about a week, but so far there are no regrets. And as a bonus, the 'better half' mentioned he enjoyed the new mattress, as well. I'm in love!!I seriously am so impressed with this mattress. After sleeping on my friend's tempurpedic mattress, I felt like I needed my own memory foam mattress. I got the 10" queen mattress, and it is seriously amazing. I have had it for a little over a month, and it is the best mattress I've ever had. For $287 it is such a steal!! If you are a young grad student like me and on a budget, but also appreciate comfort I would highly recommend this mattress. Also, I did order a couch from them and it was very nice, as well. Great MattressesI bought two of these mattresses, a queen and a full, for my guest rooms when updating some furniture. I fully expected to get what I paid for with this product, a mediocre mattress that would do the job, no more, no less. I was very wrong... I never intended to sleep on these, so I was just waiting to hear the opinion of a relative or in-law. To my surprise, my mother, step-dad, aunt, and uncle all woke up the day after Thanksgiving and asked my wife and I where we had got these mattresses. They all said that was nearly the most comfortable mattress that they had ever slept on. A while later I purchased one more of these to put in my downstairs guest room and my wife and I wanted to see if they were telling the truth or just throwing compliments our way. To our surprise, we had some of the best sleep ever... granted, I love my King Original Mattress Co European plush top mattress, but for the price, the Zinus cannot be beat. Amazing product for the price
This mattress was our first online-mattress-purchase, and I'm so glad that I went this route over the traditional (and often skeezy) furniture stores. We purchased the queen 10" thick mattress, and it has been fantastic. I was a bit hesitant to try out the all foam mattress model, especially with so much memory foam, but it's been a very comfortable mattress that doesn't sink in too much. It's still firm enough that I could relieve some overall body aches, but it's soft enough to sink into when you've had a long day. I don't have a single complaint about this mattress, I would purchase from this brand again. Unpacking it was super easy, and it inflated within the day. The mattress did have a smell to it at first, but as noted in the little card it came with, the smell went away no problem by the time we were ready to use it that day. Also - it's worth noting that the mattress itself can be used with a bed frame without a box spring. We have the Zinus 14" metal platform bed frame found on Amazon (another steal of a price!), and the mattress supports itself well enough that you can't tell it's sitting directly on the slats. I may get a box spring in time for the height but it's much more solid than I would have thought.-Maddy M
Hope FloatsBefore I bought the "cloud", I bought a 12' green tea pressure relief mattress for a spare bedroom. Everyone who sleeps in that bed loves it, so I decided I need to replace my master bed as well. I reviewed every company and mattress and still couldn't wrap myself around paying more $ for another mattress. I did want more plushy comfort so I picked the cloud mattress. I am not disappointed. It's only been a few days and I'm still waiting for it to fully puff, but having the green tea foam bed, I know it can take up to a week. This bed is so soft and yet supportive and I never want to get up! Aches and pains have definitely subsided, and once again I'm blown away by the quality of these mattresses for the price!!-Mel Beach

Best matress I've ever had
Had this matress as 12" queen for a year now and my wife and I still love it. Still as nice as when we got it. Don't remember ever sleeping on a more comfortable matress. It's very comfortable but still firm and supportive. I used to like softer mattresses (before I tried memory foam) but this is the best of both worlds. I've tried the highly rated (and more expensive) Casper and Simba mattresses and like this one way more. When we go away I look forward to getting back to sleeping on this.-D zinus
I Love Our Zinus Mattresses!
We have two Zinus mattresses. We purchased a queen 12" Cooling Hybrid Gel foam mattress about eight months ago and just recently purchased a full-size 12" Cooling Gel Memory Foam mattress because I wanted to try something a bit softer. I love them both. Because they are 12", they are both considered to be plush mattresses. The queen hybrid is firmer than the full-size memory foam, but is still very soft and comfy and provides some support for those who need it. The full-size memory foam is just unbelievably soft. We sleep in both rooms, depending on the weather (one room stays cooler than the other in the summer; the other is warmer in the winter), and it really doesn't matter which mattress we're using. They both provide me with a great night's sleep. I weigh 115 pounds, and I tend to not make much of a dent in any mattress, so it's nice to have a mattress that conforms to my body, and lets me sink down into it just the right amount. The mattresses were delivered within just a few days after I placed my order. They arrived in excellent condition, and although I noticed a new mattress smell when freed from the plastic, that smell had dissipated by the next day. Both mattresses expanded perfectly within the time indicated in the instructions. The hybrid mattress weighed a good deal more than the memory foam, and not just because of the size difference. It took two people to get the hybrid mattress up the stairs to the second floor, and we were totally worn out by the experience. As for the memory foam mattress, one person was able to bring it upstairs alone (apartment dwellers take note). We only have two bedrooms, but if we had a third, I would definitely buy another Zinus mattress. I'm thrilled to finally be sleeping on a great mattress, the likes of which I never thought we could afford. The quality and comfort are more than I ever expected, and the price just can't be beat.-Cushy Comfort

Best Mattress Ever!
I am very impressed! I have back problems, and had tried many different firm mattresses in the past (Serta, Sealy, cheap mattresses, moderately expensive mattresses from Mattress stores) and all of them hurt my back after 30 days. So, finally started sleeping on the floor a few years ago, which helped my pain, but I am getting older (44) and would wake up with my shoulder and hip hurting and/or limbs had fallen asleep (I'm a side sleeper that tosses and turns to regulate temperature- foot in foot out, covers off, covers on lol). I knew I had to get an actual bed again, but agonized about all the money I would have to spend on the commitment, just to have yet another one cause me pain and have to eat the cost and return to sleeping on the floor. I have had my heart set on Beautyrest because of the individually wrapped coils that indeed do support each part of the body, but I couldn't afford one. I decided that a bed in a box would be my best option for cost and potential for it not working out. I did my research and decided on the Zinus- Pressure Relief Euro Top, Pocketed iCoil Hybrid Mattress. I don't like Memory foam mattresses because I would feel claustrophobic and wake up frequently because it took more effort to move around. The hybrid is a fantastic combination of the individually wrapped coils for support and foam on top to help with pressure points. It is just like how other people describe firm yet soft. You just gotta try it. It's amazing! I feel like I have an expensive luxurious mattress, sleep like a baby. I now sometimes fall asleep and get such deep sleep I don't move or dream all night, just good sound sleep. No more trying to get comfortable to fall asleep, no more tossing and turning to re-position, and best of all, my back pain has greatly improved. I can't stress how happy I am with this mattress! It's been less than 60 days since purchase, but so far so good and no indications the quality of my sleep will decrease any time soon. Thank You everyone at Zinus! Been 3 weeks with the new 10 Inch pillow top mattress in a box, we got the king size sold at Walmart under the brand Slumber 1 10 inch Icoil Dream Top, thou all our instructions, warranty, etc. say Zinus. Was like Christmas unpacking and watch it become a true mattress, we love it. And the size of the box made getting it up our staircase so easy, We chose the 16 inch premium metal platform (also by Zinus) we got the one that did not need any assembly, just fold open the legs and lock the legs in place and bolt the two frames together.. I simply love not having a box spring so now there is much needed under bed storage for roll out totes for extra bedding. Who ever thought up this concept is genius LOL Opened and set up in the morning so it had all day to expand and air out, no plastic smells or off gassing, Slept on it the same night. Went from a queen to a king, huge difference. Gave me a good excuse to buy all new bedding. Love love love it, heavenly. The only regret I have is that we didn't buy it sooner !-adams032903

Not only was the package amazingly small, we had to open it fast; because the mattress started expanding the second we started cutting the plastic wrap! It fit perfectly into our existing frame as it grew to it's full size. Sleeping on it is incredible; the combination of soft yet perfectly supportive is almost unbelievable. Its SO relaxing! I am 6'1" and 250lbs+ and this mattress supports my entire body, head to toe... evenly and perfectly... it's also has stealth technology built in: my wife can't tell when I get in or out of bed. It doesn't shift at all! It's an awesome product, go get one yourself! I love the fact that our purchase was delayed a bit for production to catch up; we understood that this meant we would be getting an absolutely brand new mattress and not one that had been sitting around in a warehouse gathering dust. The price was unbelievable! I do mean UNBELIEVABLE! We almost passed Zinus by as "too good to be true", thankfully Zinus turns out to be "too good to pass up!"
