Overall satisfaction
Delivery person was friendly, delivering at about 4 hours after purchase. I did get a call saying the driver might be late but it wasn’t a problem. The mattress and pillows were easy to unpack. Organising pick up of my old mattress and packaging was simple and was done as scheduled. Mattress and pillows are comfortable and were fine to sleep on from the first night. They’re supportive and give a good nights sleep. A week after delivery they do still have a chemical smell but that is dissipating and not bothering me or my wife. -Valdis S
Amazing koalaty
Both my husband and I were experiencing back, neck and shoulder issues with our previous mattress and after visits to Osteos and physios we decided to ditch our mattress. Within a week we are already noticing such a positive difference in how our bodies feel in the morning. I had read a couple reviews about there being a strong smell the first couple of days but we didn't experience that at all. The complimentary mattress disposal available in Melbourne was a big plus. Also my daughter loves the koala toy that came with the mattress so overall very Very happy!! -Chelsea P
Took a while but we love it!
Initially we were a little surprised at the firmness of the Koala mattress compared to our old mattress and weren't sure we would get used to it. My husband got used to it quicker than me but now I'm really enjoying it. You seem to get more room with a Koala because you can comfortably sleep right next to the edge without it dipping down. It also doesn't matter how restless my husband is during the night, I don't feel him moving at all. It has the big tick of approval from our little furbaby too. We are very happy with the purchase! It was delivered exactly when we chose and the delivery driver even phoned to say he was on his way. Awesome company to deal with! The piece of advice I would give if you are not sure - just give it a go and give yourself plenty of time to get used to it because you will grow to love it.-Shirley M
